UNICEF Donations
Regular UNICEF donors make a huge difference to the lives of millions of children. Join this family too and help the world's most vulnerable children.
What are the Friends of UNICEF?
Friends of UNICEF are donors who give regularly to UNICEF and enable the organization to plan medium and long-term programmes on the ground in the fields of early childhood survival and development, education and protection in more than 190 countries and territories. Being a Friend of UNICEF means making a difference to the lives of millions of children around the world.
UNICEF is the only UN organization that depends entirely on voluntary contributions. The regular support of Friends of UNICEF is of enormous importance in implementing the programmes on the ground that benefit the world's most vulnerable and marginalized children, protecting and promoting their rights and providing vital aid to thousands of children, even in adverse conditions, in countries or territories with armed conflicts or living in areas that are difficult to access, in order to guarantee their survival and full development.

What happens with your regular donations?
We believe in giving all children access to their basic rights in order for them to have a fair chance in life, so your donation goes where it's needed most.
These are examples of what we can do with your regular donations over a 12-month period:
30€/month | 11 children can be treated during four weeks against acute and severe malnutrition

A mother feeds her child who suffers from malnutrition with Plumpy Nut - a ready-to-eat therapeutic food offered by UNICEF to the Tshinyama Health Center, a village near Miabi, located in the south of the Democratic Republic of Congo, a region affected by conflicts between the militia of traditional leader Kamuina Nsapu and the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (FARDC) since June 2016.
20€/month | 156 children can have their birth certificate, an indispensable guarantee for the protection of their rights
Tegene Erke, a 38-year-old mother of four, is grateful to have the birth registration of her nine-month-old daughter, Alemtsehay Chekele, an indispensable guarantee for the protection of her rights.
15€/month | 480 children receive a school notebook, contributing to their learning

Students receive "School in a Box" school supplies at the new Learning Center in the Uchiprang refugee camp near Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh. The Learning Center is equipped with "School in a Box" and "Early Childhood Development" kits provided by UNICEF.

Easypay is a payment institution regulated by the Bank of Portugal. For this reason, if Easypay appears on your bank statement, it could be a donation made to UNICEF with Easypay mediating it. On your bank statement you may see a 9-digit number for an ATM payment or an 11-digit number for a direct debit. You can send the number in question to Easypay at correio@easypay.pt so that they can confirm who the beneficiary is.
